Responses to this RFP are due by November 17, 2026, 11:59 pm Pacific Prevailing Time unless extended by an Addendum.

All responses are to be submitted via the TEA RFP Marketplace.

All inquiries or questions pertaining to the requirements set forth in the RFP may be emailed to DCERFP@teainc.org by 11:59 pm PPT on November 11, 2026.

Questions will be answered on a rolling basis, as received. Questions and responses will be made public for all participants and posted on both the TEA RFP Website and DCE’s RFP Website.

DCE reserves the right to respond to no questions or only a subset of the questions received.
