About the Incentive Finder

The I-REN Incentive Finder helps residents in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties identify available rebates, tax credits, and assistance programs for home energy improvements, clean transportation, and energy bill support.

The searchable database includes over 160 incentives from federal, state, regional, and local programs, including rebates, tax credits, discounts, and financing opportunities, for home energy improvements,clean transportation measures, and energy bill assistance programs.

Enter your information to explore programs for:

  • Energy bill discounts and income-qualified assistance
  • Home energy improvements, including solar, batteries, and insulation
  • Transportation, like electric vehicles and transit
  • Electrification upgrades such as heat pump heating & cooling

If users meet income guidelines, the Finder will determine their eligibility for energy assistance programs, such as CARE (California Alternate Rates for Energy), FERA (Family Electric Rate Assistance), Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), and Energy Savings Assistance (ESA). Results will also reflect higher incentives for income-eligible households, when they are available.
